No. Outside food or drinks are not allowed in the Banya. We have plenty of food at our restaurant, alcoholic drinks, tea and water.

When you come in to pay for the visit, your time is unlimited! You can stay and enjoy the Banya as long as you like! The average time is usually 2 hours.

The Sauna hats are made from natural materials that are not affected by the sauna’s hot temperatures. Wearing these hats protects your head from the heat of the sauna!

The Venik massage stimulates blood vessels, exfoliates your skin, and brings your core temperature up. Many like to do this right before their polar dip!
